We apologise for the inconvenience.\n————————————————————————————————————————————-\n \nWONDROUS WINTER WORKSHOPS\nARTIST TALK\nDenise Burkitt\nTravelling the Landscape\, Through My Eyes\nJoin Denise for an inspiring artist talk and road trip through her eyes\, exploring the landscapes and experiences that fuel her creative practice. Through paintings and all-over designs\, Denise will share the intuitive and expressive processes behind her work\, revealing how travel through Australia’s vast landscapes continues to shape her artistic vision. \nDrawing on the same methods explored in her workshops\, Denise will discuss mark making with improvised and found objects — often gathered from nature — as well as her unconventional approach to using paintbrushes on fabric and canvas. Expect a lively and insightful conversation filled with creativity\, experimentation\, and personal stories from the road. \nAbout the Artist \nDenise Burkitt is a fabric designer for FreeSpirit Fabrics\, USA. Her organic\, colourful\, large-scale designs reflect an abundant curiosity and vibrant creative energy.
